Three reasons to join this movement

Many of us understand there is something unprecedented happening and most of us don't feel we have the power to make enough change alone.

​Working together, even in this small way to begin with, can relieve a bit of the feelings of despair or powerlessness and make room for more energy to be spent on being proactive individually and to support the kinds of policy and societal changes necessary in the coming years. 

Do you have experience with collective action? Many of us do not.

​Participating in onexeveryone together with many others is something that will help us begin to shift not only our belief about what is possible on a large scale, but how we look at how our individual actions (when partnered with many other people's individual actions) can make a true difference. 

There are women and men all over the world working very hard to achieve climate balance in many different ways.

​The organizations they run and work for are almost always underfunded. We at One Times Everyone work to find organizations we can trust and give the pooled funds to one of these organization each month spanning our support across the country. 

We can be empowered and operate from a place of hope.

Why is this different?

• We all give together to affect greater change than we can individually. We have become accustomed to not acting collectively. To move into a healthier future we will all benefit from this experience and learning that working together is not only possible but can produce incredible outcomes. Plus - taking action that feels bigger than ourselves serves to inspire the smaller and more personal actions we can take each day. 
• This issue encompasses all other issues we face - from any sort of violence, resource shortages, mass forced migration, health issues from poor air quality, ruined oceans, inequality, extreme weather, fires, economic stability, and so much more - as our climate problem becomes worse, so do all of these things. 
• It makes so much sense to radically support those who are already set up to help.
• We will show our children and grandchildren that we are ready to do everything we can. After speaking to many people we at One Times Everyone understand that most of us would like to do more and know that what we are able to do in our individual lives, while crucial, is not enough.
